Brandon Smith, MD

Pediatric Cardiologist

Dr. Smith is a clinical cardiologist at Akron Children’s Heart Center where he’s been practicing since 2015. After graduating from Northeast Ohio Medical University, he completed a pediatric residency at Akron Children’s and fellowships in pediatric cardiology and in advanced non-invasive cardiac imaging at the University of Michigan, C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital. Dr. Smith has a special interest in advanced cardiac imaging, cardiovascular magnetic resonance and functional cardiac assessment. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in general pediatrics and in pediatric cardiology, and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and American College of Cardiology.
