Dr. Putt is a pediatric psychologist at Akron Children’s. He’s been practicing since 2003 and with Akron Children’s since 2009. He earned his doctoral degree from the University of Indianapolis in Indianapolis, Ind. Dr. Putt has a special interest in weight management, attention-deficit/hyper activity disorder assessment and behavior management. He holds credentials from the Ohio State Board of Psychology and the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society of Pediatric Psychology - Div. 54. Dr. Putt also has research and academia experience, including serving as an associate professor of psychiatry and an associate professor of pediatrics at Northeast Ohio Medical University.
