Dr. Schuler is a pediatric psychologist at Akron Children’s where she’s been practicing since 2017. She earned her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Kent State University and completed her residency at Indiana University School of Medicine Riley Children’s Hospital and a fellowship in pediatric psychology at Akron Children’s. Dr. Schuler provides outpatient therapy for patients in the hospital’s NeuroDevelopmental Science Center and works as a feeding team psychologist in our rehabilitation services department. She’s contributed to published research and is a member of several professional organizations including the International Association of Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing and the American Psychological Association.
